We also handle personal injury cases involving medical issues, nursing home and group home neglect, motor vehicle collision, trucking accidents, premises liability, and others.

Louisiana Patients Rights is an initiative of Bizer & DeReus, established to provide Louisiana residents with information about their rights in healthcare settings. With over 15 years of experience fighting for civil rights and representing individuals in complex legal matters, our law firm recognizes the critical need for accessible, clear information about patient rights and healthcare advocacy.
